Shiny Sound Recording Studio is a professional recording studio located in Denton, owned and operated by guitarist, drummer, sound engineer, and synth-nerd Corbin Childs. Spiderweb Salon is proudly partnered with Shiny Sound to discover, record, produce, and promote established and emerging musicians and writers in the North Texas area. Shiny Sound is named after good ol’ Shiner, Corbin’s dog who sincerely enjoys rocking out in band rehearsals and lovingly attempts to sneak in some vocal tracks of her own during some of the studio’s recording sessions.

Shiny Sound is fully equipped for 16-track simultaneous digital recording or 8-track analog recording and hosts an ever-evolving collection of instruments, gear, and other fun stuff to work with. The studio has always worked closely with a solid crew of studio musicians who are available to book and create with songwriters looking to fulfill their musical dreams.
